The house sits on almost half of an acre and has access to water in the front and rear of the property and is perfect a couple's getaway or family vacation. Lighthouse Road is a very charming neighborhood and home of the historical Piney Point Lighthouse. Many people take advantage of the road to walk, jog, bike ride, and greet neighbors. The cottage is a 1,320 sqft and has 3bed/2bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large screen tv and Amazon Fire TV Stick.
The kitchen has plenty of room with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, hood vent, air fryer, wine opener, and all the plates and utensils you'll need. Use of the oven in summer can make the inside warmer. If you prefer, there's a PitBoss 8-in-1 smoker/grill that you can use to smoke, bake, sear, grill, roast, etc...
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a private full bath. It also has a clothing and linen closet.
Down the hall there's a shared full bath. The second bedroom is just past the bathroom on the right and has 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 total, and also has a closet.
The third bedroom has a lot of space with a king size bed, TV, and closet. It's large enough to fit another air mattress to sleep an additional 1-2 people.
The screened in porch is a great way to escape the sun and play games and relax while still being outside.
