“Unfortunately we had a tree fall and damage our family room in early 2022. This forced our hand as far as renovating a very dated wood paneled room and powder room which lacked any insulation (only foam board) and was a major source of energy loss in our home. Oscar and team transformed both rooms for us. The family room has become our favorite room. New windows, radiant heated LVP flooring, recessed lighting, updated electric with cable and lan connections hidden and insulation. 😊Everything brought up to code. They reoriented the entrance and installed a pocket door for the small powder room and now it feels spacious and private. The pocket door between the dining room and family room reduces tv noise to the living room. The team is amazing and fast. The carpentry work is beautiful. The team is careful and considerate and the job site is neat. Highly recommend them and look forward to using them again for a kitchen renovation.”

When we accepted your proposal, you arranged a time to meet to sign the contract and collect the deposit. You again, arrived at our home on time and provided us with a contract clearly detailing the scope of work that would be done. By now, we were quite hopeful that this attention to detail would also be evident in the work we needed to have done and IT WAS! The rotten wood on the portico and above the garage was replaced and not a minute too soon based on the photos your team took to share with us.
